Java / JEE Architects
Contract or Full Time;
Rate: Top $$$$$$$$ (the best people should be well paid)
We are looking to hire another two Java / JEE Architects!
Our ideal Architects:
- are bright, senior people with at least five years' commercial Java / JEE experience;
- are good communicators who can argue proposals to an audience;
- possess deep Java / JEE knowledge;
- this usually means experience with the major APIs such as Spring and Hibernate (or their equivalents), how they fit into typical architectures and when you'd use (or not use) them;
- possess the self-belief to bet on their problem-solving skills ... plus the ability to deliver!
- mantain a deep aversion to unnecessary complexity and the strength to resist an overly-complicated design;
- understand process (either structured or agile) and the value of a capable project manager/business representative working along-side; and
- work well either alone or in a team with more-junior members.
